A letter was mailed out in July to residents of the Vista Del Mar Commons Apartments in Ventura. According to the letter there was an outbreak on the property and all the residents were required to be tested.
"Dear Residents, Due to the recent Covid-19 virus outbreak at the Palms building, the Ventura County Public Health department has ordered MANDATORY Covid-19 testing and quarantine for all residents of 137 S. Palm Street. "
Mandatory testing has become a concern for many people around the country. The majority argue it's needed for the overall well being of the community. Some think it's an infringement on their constitutional rights.
